AdventureTech, a full service software/consulting company based in metropolitan Kansas City, has joined the Midrange Alliance Program (MAP). The MAP is a strategic initiative by Microsoft and industry partners to educate enterprises relying on the midrange proprietary platforms about options for extending investments in their applications, using the Windows platform and the .NET Framework. The Alliance includes software companies, service providers and hardware manufacturers who can help customers to integrate and enhance their midrange investment, as well as transform it to deliver more business value at lower cost.

Midrange Alliance"AdventureTech's extensive experience on the IBM iSeries and System i environments as well as their knowledge of the .NET Framework make them a perfect fit for the MAP," said Scott Rosenbloom, Midrange Alliance Program Manager at Microsoft Corp. iSafari Obtains iSeries ServerProven Status

iSafari® Obtains iSeries ServerProven Status

Olathe, KS - March 29, 2006

iSafari®, AdventureTech Group, Inc.'s powerful Dynamic RPG Web Enablement Application Server solution for the System i5 (AS/400), has obtained IBM's ServerProven certification. The recognition of iSafari as ServerProven provides customers with the assurance that Big Blue has validated iSafari's operation and performance on the iSeries platform.

"The qualification of IBM ServerProven clearly positions iSafari as the leading native middleware allowing web enablement between HTML pages and DB2/400 directly from RPG programs on the iSeries. Our iSeries centric design has been a key differentiator in the iSeries space, now with the ServerProven status iSafari is the hands down leader for dynamic web development on the System i5," notes Doug McDaniel, President of AdventureTech Group, Inc.

iSafari's System i5(AS/400) centric design means that iSafari is powered by RPG IV sockets, minimizing the workload on your System i5(AS/400) and maximizing your existing staff skills. The result is that RPG/COBOL programmers work in the "comfort zone," thus dramatically reducing the learning curve associated with iSafari application design and coding. iSafari maintenance and operations are iSeries based as well, also simplifying the environment.
